Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 green chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 6 tablespoons chunky peanut butter

Method

  1. Place the chicken broth into a saucepan with the chopped green chillies and bring the liquid to a boil.
  2. Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the pan, then bring everything back to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and allow the soup to simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
