Dippy Eggs with Marmite Soldiers

- 2 eggs
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
- a knob of butter
- Marmite
- mixed seeds
Method
- Simmer a pan of water, then carefully add 2 eggs. Cook for 2 mins if at room temperature or 3 mins if from the fridge. Remove from the heat, cover the pan, and allow to stand for 2 mins more.
- While the eggs cook, toast 4 slices wholemeal bread. Spread each slice with a thin layer of butter followed by Marmite. Slice the toast into soldiers. Serve by dipping the soldiers into the soft egg, then into a small bowl of mixed seeds.
